New session starts Tuesday June 30 | 5:00 pm
Our Baby Rhinos program gives your little one their very first steps on the mat. More than jiu-jitsu, it's a foundation for life, built through play, structure, and encouragement.
In this class, your child will:
Develop focus and follow basic instructions.
Build coordination and body awareness.
Learn to work with a partner.
Handle frustration and mistakes with
resilience.
Grow in comfort and independence on the mat.
Classes are held in 6-week sessions | Tuesdays at 5:00 pm
Free trial class June 25th | 5:00pm
The perfect starting point before advancing to our Mighty Rhinos progm.
Mighty Rhinos is the perfect transition between Baby Rhinos
(3 year old) and Lil Rhinos (4-6), designed specifically for ages 3.5–4.
Classes are held on Thursdays at 5:30 PM.
In this program, students begin learning more structured techniques while continuing to build listening skills, discipline, and body control - preparing them for success in our Lil Rhinos program.
Students will start wearing a Gi and be introduced to fundamental Jiu-Jitsu in a focused, age-appropriate environment. This program shifts away from play-based learning and begins developing stronger structure, consistency, and progress.
Along the way, students learn to follow instructions, work with partners, and build confidence and social skills that carry both on and off the mat.
We offer a free trial class on Tuesdays at 5:30pm. Click the link below to register!

Lil Rhinos introduces young children to self-defense jiu-jitsu in a fun, supportive environment designed for ages 4 to 6.
We focus on building your child's confidence while teaching them how to protect themselves through age-appropriate training.
Students learn fundamental jiu-jitsu techniques and the core building blocks of self-defense. Safety is our top priority — we focus on proper technique, tapping, and learning control before intensity.
Students also continue developing listening skills, social skills, and confidence both on and off the mat.
Once a student has built a strong foundation and demonstrated readiness through instructor evaluations, they will be invited to our Advanced Lil Rhinos program - where we introduce basic submissions and more complex grappling skills in a safe and structured way.

Youth Crash is Team Rhino's fundamentals program for kids ages 7 to 12, built on real self-defense jiu-jitsu.
This program is designed for kids who may not feel at home in traditional sports, children struggling with confidence, or those dealing with bullying. Every student progresses based on skill and effort - not athletic ability or team selection.
What your child will learn: Proven self-defense techniques that empower kids to protect themselves against larger, stronger opponents. Students build foundational jiu-jitsu skills, focus, and discipline in a safe, structured environment.
We believe every child deserves to feel confident and capable. At Team Rhino, that's exactly what we build.
Once a student demonstrates readiness through instructor evaluation, they will be invited to our Advanced Crash program to take their training to the next level.

Middle school is hard. Friendships change. Confidence is shaky. Social pressure is real.
Your child needs more than just a hobby — they need a sense of belonging, strength, and confidence.
At Team Rhino's Tween Program, students ages 12–14 will learn real self-defense, build confidence and discipline, train their focus and problem-solving, and grow both on and off the mat.
This is not your typical sport. This is jiu-jitsu - designed for kids who feel stuck in the middle.
Our Tween program bridges the gap between youth classes and adult training. Students learn foundational techniques from the adult curriculum and will be ready to move into our Adult program at age 15.
Class sizes are small — this is a newer program and space fills up fast!
Classes meet Mondays at 7:15 pm and Wednesdays at 6:15 PM. One day a week classes are available for this program.

Our Adult program is built on the proven self-defense principles of Grandmaster Helio Gracie — grounded in our three core values: Safety, Technique, and Simplicity.
This is real-world self-defense jiu-jitsu. No fluff. Just effective techniques taught in a logical, step-by-step format that anyone can learn, regardless of age or athletic ability.
Your first class: Every new student starts with a private 30-minute one-on-one introduction on Tuesdays at 6:45 PM. We walk you through grappling safety, class structure, and foundational techniques so you feel comfortable from day one, then you jump right into the Adult Fundamentals class at 7:15 PM.
Level-based classes: Classes are divided by experience, so you always train with people at your level:
Fundamentals - White & Green Belts
Intermediate - Blue Belts
Advanced - Purple Belt and above
Structured advancement: Every belt level follows a clear, consistent curriculum. Promotions are earned based on effort, attendance, and demonstrated skill — never purchased.
Classes run throughout the week with morning, afternoon, and evening options available.

Law enforcement Training is a specialized program designed to equip officers with the skills to enhance their ability to handle physical confrontations safely and effectively. This training focuses on leveraging takedowns and restraints, positional control, submission techniques, weapon retention, arrest and handcuffing, defensive tactics, and scenario-based training. As a former law enforcement officer and the creator of the Idaho POST Academy's first ground control curriculum, the late Professor Keith Owen was passionate about teaching police officers and increasing the odds that they return safely to their families.
Classes are every Monday and Friday at 7:00 am.
Team Rhino Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is proud to offer this program to local law enforcement officers.
